The Sun of 2007 has set, signaling completion and your leadership team has met and reassessed the original vision for Community Network:

We can’t think of a better way to begin the New Year than with focus on seeing our dreams, for this organization, come to pass.

As an organization, we will continue to:

• Execute workshops, forums and lecture series to help our membership grow their individual potential while becoming better at what they do.
• Deliver programs to sow seeds to strengthen skill sets; enhancing Service, Quality, Performance and gain competence of what our company is about.
• Encourage our membership to analyze the meaning of Diversity in this era of mergers, acquisitions, and the global-economy.

A New Beginning that whispers the sweet secret of success to all who dare to Dream. This year marks the Tenth Anniversary of the society of people, working together, we call Community NETwork. Our annual conference, July 18th – 20th, in San Antonio, Texas, will highlight the many milestones achieved from the integration of seven former African –American Employee groups, their legacy and the history preserved by their footprint.

“United in Diversity – We are ONE” is the chosen theme thanks to our members who responded to the call to name their gathering. The annual conference allows us an opportunity to collectively celebrate our successes of yesterday, develop our talent today, and prepare ourselves for tomorrow.

We hope you join us for three fun-filled, educational days, packed with surprises and opportunities in exciting San Antonio. Throughout the year, I will be communicating with you about Diversity – its essence and connotation to us as Corporate and Community Citizens.

Together, sharing inner vision and commitment, we can make great progress; savoring the fragrance of success our effort will bring.
